Account recovery

Get back to your workspace.

Recover access through your organisation’s authorised support officer.

Forgotten your password?

Contact your organisation’s HR office or authorised system administrator. After checking your identity and account, an authorised officer can issue a temporary password through the approved recovery process. Existing sessions are ended when a password is reset.

Have your employee number, registered email address and organisation ready. Once you can sign in again, open Security to change the temporary password.

Lost access to your authenticator?

Use a saved recovery code at the two-step verification prompt. If you do not have one, ask your authorised support officer for identity-checked MFA recovery.

Never share your password, authenticator setup key or recovery codes with anyone. This page does not collect credentials or send reset emails.

Verification captures and employee accounts are separate. Completing a capture does not automatically create a sign-in account; activation is handled by the authorised office.
